* STUDENT MUST HAVE SCRUM MASTER CERTIFICATE* Designed to help student to implement and practice all what was learned in scrum master certification class, and support student in their job search journey. Instructor: Coach Aisha Activities are as follow: ● Mock Interview 1:1 with every scheduled video interview. ● Student will be part of a project (Job Search) ● Overview on Kanban and SAFe ● Student will role play Scrum events. ● Rotate Being a Scrum Master and PO JIRA ACCESS WILL BE PROVIDED ● Student will write user stories ● Learn how to interpret metrics ( Burndown chart, BurnUP chart and Velocity) ● Learn how to use project management tools (Jira, Confluence, planning poker, Mural, IdeaBoardz, and retro-metro). ● Live interview prep( How to answer situational based question, and questions usingSTAR technique) ● Interview Tips, and practice In front of live audience. ● Resume Tips. ● Continue learning on burning topics from level 1. ● 1:1 Mentoring as needed.
